Hey gorgeous! At Cerise , every single piece is made just for you — like your own little fashion love story. Because each order is custom-made with lots of care (and a sprinkle of magic ✨), we don’t accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once your order is placed.

 

Why No Returns?

Changing Your Mind

• If you need to cancel, you’ve got 24 hours after ordering to let us know. After that, your dream piece is already in the works, and we can’t stop the fashion fairies.
  
   

If Something’s Not Right

• Oops! If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or totally different from what you ordered (rare, but hey, it happens), drop us a note at cerise.studioss@gmail.com within 7 days. We’ll sort it out with a repair, replacement, or store credit — pinky promise 🤞.
