How it Works

• ⏳ Made-to-order timing: From the day you place your order, please allow 2–3 weeks for your item to be handmade, checked, packed, and shipped.

• 📮 Tracked delivery: Once it’s ready, we’ll send it via Royal Mail Tracked so you can follow its journey straight to your wardrobe.

• 💌 It’s on us: Delivery is completely FREE (because we love spoiling you).

• If you order more than one piece, they’ll ship together once everything is ready.

• Keep an eye on your inbox — we’ll send you your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

• We can’t be responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, but we’ll always make sure your parcel leaves us on time!
