• Once you hit order, you’ve got 24 hours to change your mind. After that, our sewing fairies get to work and there’s no turning back📦

• From order to doorstep: 2–3 weeks (good things take time, darling ✨).

• We deliver via Royal Mail Tracked — so you can stalk your parcel like it’s your ex’s Insta.

• Delivery is FREE because we love you.🚫

• Since everything is made-to-order, we don’t accept returns, refunds, or swaps.

• BUT if something’s wrong (damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered), email us within 7 days and we’ll fix it with a repair, replacement, or store credit 💕👗

• Each garment is handmade, so tiny variations may happen. Think of them as part of your item’s personality — just like freckles on a pretty face.

• Product images are as accurate as possible, but your unique piece might have its own charm. 💳
